The sitter was born in Indiana and the 1930 Blue Book says that this sitter lived then at 440 Park Avenue with Miss Carolyn Trippe (born Denver, Colorado in 1913, died Ridgefield, Connecticut in 1956). Carolyn Rose Trippe purchased Wingwood House in Bar Harbor, Maine from the estate of Eva Stotesbury in 1946 and sold it to the Canadian National Railroad in 1952 when it was demolished.
