Despite being reproduced in Munsey’s Magazine, New York, July 1895 with the artist, from the signature ‘Muller-Uri’ the portrait must have been painted between 1887 and 1889.

Bust length portrait of a girl slightly facing to the left but looking at the viewer, her right hand hold a rose across her breast to her right shoulder. Signed and dated upper right ‘Muller-Uri 18[87-9]’.
